Here are two of probably my favorite TED talks. They talk about the importance of vulnerability and how shame is at the core of many of our problems. While these two topics are probably not something people generally want to take a closer look at, they are at the heart of healing many issues such as depression, PTSD, and limiting beliefs. Relationships that are going to have any real depth and connection need to be able to have both people in them feel safe and able to be there in situations where people are not at their best. It’s not about just the good times people have, but also getting through the negatives.
